How much does UI/UX design cost with Wemotive?
Cost depends on scope — a landing page redesign, a full design system, and a multi-role SaaS product sit at very different price points, driven by the number of screens, states, and rounds of user research involved. We scope a fixed estimate after a short discovery call rather than quoting from a generic package.
How long does a design engagement typically take?
Timelines scale with scope: a focused redesign of a few key screens moves fastest, while a full design system with component libraries and documentation takes longer. We favor delivering usable screens early for engineering to start building against, rather than a long research phase before anything ships.
Do you work with startups outside India?
Yes. Roughly half of our design engagements are with US-based startups and enterprises, alongside teams across India, the UAE, and the UK. We overlap working hours with US time zones and run async-friendly delivery — Figma files, recorded walkthroughs, shared boards — so distance doesn't slow decisions down.
Do you design and build, or design only?
Both, and we recommend both — our designers work alongside the engineers who ship the product, so handoff friction and design drift are minimized. We also take design-only engagements when you have your own engineering team, delivering developer-ready files and a component spec.
What's included in a design system engagement?
A component library (buttons, forms, navigation, data displays) with defined states, a typography and color token system, usage guidelines, and Figma files structured for handoff to engineering. We build it incrementally against real product screens rather than as an abstract exercise disconnected from shipping work.
Do you do user research, or just visual design?
We do both — user interviews, usability testing, and workflow mapping inform the design before visual work starts. For time-constrained engagements we can work from your existing research and stakeholder input instead, but we'll flag where a research gap creates real risk to the design.
How do you handle project ownership and handover?
You own all design files, assets, and the design system from day one — nothing is licensed back to us. At handover we deliver organized Figma files, a component spec, and a walkthrough with your team, so your designers or engineers can extend the system independently.
